Ingredients
- Brownies: ½ cup melted butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, ¾ cup cocoa powder, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 eggs (lightly beaten), 1 tbsp light corn syrup, 2 tbsp milk, ¾ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp salt
- Frosting: ½ cup heavy cream, ½ cup milk chocolate chips, 1 4-ounce bar semi-sweet chocolate, ½ cup rainbow crunch sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F; prepare 8×8 pan with non-stick spray and parchment.
- Blend butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, eggs, corn syrup, milk until smooth.
- Fold in flour and salt until combined.
- Pour batter into pan; bake 20–25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Frosting: Warm cream until hot but not boiling; stir in chocolate until smooth. Pour over brownies, top with sprinkles; cool 3 hours before slicing.
Notes
- Brownies are best chilled; last about a week.
- Store at room temperature up to 3 days.
- Freeze cut squares in airtight container between parchment layers up to 6 months.
