- 1 cup paleo vegan chocolate chips (semi-sweet or unsweetened)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds or flakes
Instructions
- Line a medium baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt chocolate chips using double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Add coconut and fold until fully combined with chocolate.
- Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Chill until set, then cut into bars.
