Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Prepare filling by combining brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Spread half of the dough on parchment, sprinkle with filling, and roll up tightly.
- Slice into rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
