Chocolate peanut butter no-bake cheesecake bars are rich, creamy, and layered with bold flavor—perfect for effortless desserts.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
2. Press into the base of a lined 9×9-inch pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla; mix until fluffy.
4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
5. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
6. Melt chocolate chips with 2 tbsp cream until smooth, then pour over the filling.
7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
8. Lift from the pan using parchment, slice, and serve cold.
Notes
Use parchment paper for easy removal.
Chill overnight for best texture.
For clean slices, use a hot knife and wipe between cuts.
