- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until fully incorporated.
- Set aside 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips. Stir the remaining chocolate chips into the dip.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
- Serve with cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit.
Notes
- Ensure butter and cream cheese are fully softened for the smoothest texture.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes if you prefer a firmer dip.
