- 1 lb large strawberries, hulled

- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Rinse strawberries and carefully remove the green tops. Hollow out the centers using a paring knife.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into each prepared strawberry.
- Sprinkle or dip the tops in graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill briefly or serve immediately.
