  • 25 g granulated sugar
  • 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 2.5 ml vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vanilla pudding
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 32 g crushed Nilla wafers
  • Extra banana slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Distribute crust mixture into bite-sized cups or molds and press firmly.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract and beat until light and mousse-like.
  4. Spoon a thin layer of vanilla pudding over crust in each mold.
  5. Arrange banana slices over pudding.
  6. Cover banana layer with cheesecake filling and smooth the top.
  7. Press set bites into crushed Nilla wafers for outer coating.
  8. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.
  9. Garnish with extra banana slices before serving.
