- 20 Oreos
- 5 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (12-oz.) jar caramel
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse Oreos until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a medium bowl and add melted butter; mix to combine.
- Press Oreo mixture into a 9″ tart pan evenly on the bottom and up the sides.
- Pour caramel over crust and smooth evenly. Refrigerate until cold, about 15 minutes.
- Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring until melted and smooth. Add Rice Krispies and stir to coat.
- Pour chocolate mixture over caramel and smooth evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate until chocolate sets, at least 2 hours or overnight.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use crisped rice cereal instead of Rice Krispies.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For easy slicing, warm the knife under hot water and wipe between cuts.
