Instructions

  1. Beat together ricotta cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat until creamy.
  3. Fold in 1 cup mini chocolate chips, reserving 1/4 cup for topping.
  4. Spoon filling into graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mini chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Slice, serve cold, and garnish with whipped topping if desired.
