- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mascarpone or cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 1/4 cups mini chocolate chips, divided
- Whipped topping, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Beat together ricotta cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
- Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat until creamy.
- Fold in 1 cup mini chocolate chips, reserving 1/4 cup for topping.
- Spoon filling into graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining mini chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Slice, serve cold, and garnish with whipped topping if desired.
