Ingredients
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp brown sugar (divided)
Optional toppings: cinnamon, nuts, maple syrup
Instructions
1. Cook oats according to package directions.
2. While oats cook, heat berries and honey in saucepan until juices release, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Divide oats into bowls, top each with 1 tsp brown sugar and half the berry mixture.
4. Add any optional toppings and serve warm.
Notes
Use frozen berries if fresh aren’t available.
Customize with nut butter, cinnamon, or granola for extra texture.
