- 28 Golden Oreos with filling, divided
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 bananas, divided
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 8 ounces Cool Whip, divided (or stabilized whipped cream)
- 3.9-ounce package instant banana pudding
- 1 ½ cups milk
Instructions
- Oreo Crust: Crush 20 Oreos in a blender or food processor.
- Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds, mix with crushed Oreos, press into an 8×8-inch baking dish, and freeze at least 30 minutes.
- Banana Pudding: Mix instant banana pudding with 1 ½ cups milk.
- Banana Cheesecake Layer: Mash 1 banana, beat with cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Slice remaining 2 bananas, place over cooled crust, spread cream cheese mixture on top, then spread pudding evenly over cream cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip, refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Crush remaining 8 Oreos and sprinkle over bars before serving.

- Use only 1 ½ cups of milk for thicker pudding suitable for slicing.
