- 2 firm bananas
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them into even, thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
- In a mixing bowl, gently toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil to coat lightly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let the chips cool completely to crisp up before serving.
