Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into even, thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil to coat lightly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
