Hi, I’m Emma and I believe the best recipes bring people together.
I didn’t grow up in a fancy kitchen with stainless steel appliances or chef’s knives. I grew up in a home where the kitchen was the heart of everything full of laughter, loud conversations, and the smell of something good in the oven.

My love for cooking started with family.
Sundays were for slow-cooked meals, holiday baking meant flour everywhere, and no one left the table without a second helping. I didn’t realize it then, but those small, ordinary moments were shaping my love for food and what it means to feed the people you care about.
How Recipe By Emma Came to Life
Fast forward to today I’m a home cook, a food enthusiast, and a busy woman juggling life just like you. Between work, grocery runs, and family dinners, I found myself craving recipes that were simple, nourishing, and made with love.
That’s why I started this blog.
Recipe By Emma is a space for real people making real food. Whether you’re cooking for your kids, your partner, your parents, or just yourself after a long day I want these recipes to feel like home.
What You’ll Find Here
This is a no-judgment zone. You’ll find:
- Quick weeknight dinners the whole family will actually eat
- Cozy comfort food that reminds you of grandma’s kitchen
- Sweet treats perfect for lunchboxes, potlucks, or “just because”
- Flexible recipes that work for picky eaters and busy schedules
I test every recipe in my own family kitchen sometimes with a toddler on my hip or a dog begging at my feet so I promise: if it works here, it’ll work for you.

My Cooking Style
I believe:
- Messy kitchens make the best memories
- Garlic and butter are always welcome
- Family doesn’t have to mean perfect just present
- A shared meal can fix almost anything
Food, to me, is love you can taste.
It’s a warm plate on a cold night. It’s something you made with your hands and served with your heart.
