- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the almond flour and vanilla protein powder until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Use full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese depending on your preference.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes if you prefer a firmer cookie dough texture.
