Apple Base
- 1/2 cup chopped apple (diced small)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 drop lemon juice
Crumble Topping
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1 tsp milk or water
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix apple, cinnamon, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon protein powder. Transfer to a small ramekin.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, nut butter, remaining protein powder, milk or water, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumble evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 20–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving. Add toppings if desired.
Notes
- Add a splash more liquid if the crumble feels too dry.
- Almond butter gives a richer flavor, but peanut butter works well.
- Serve with yogurt, ice cream, or extra nut butter if desired.
